These Terms apply to all users of our service, including subscribers, trial users, and website visitors.

3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans

- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscriptions
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved
- We do not store your payment card information on our servers
Refunds and Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods after the 7-day window
- Refunds may also be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Use
- Use the service for personal or business informational purposes
- Share insights and summaries within your organization (subject to subscription limits)
- Use our tools and dashboards to manage your game servers
Prohibited Activities
- Redistribution: Reselling or redistributing access to our hosting services
- Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our service
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer our platform or technology
- Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- Competitive Use: Using our service to build competing hosting services
- False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration
- System Interference: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or impair our service
Content Usage Guidelines
- Service content and documentation are for informational purposes only
- Always maintain your own backups of critical game data
- Follow game publisher terms of service when hosting servers
- Respect intellectual property rights of game publishers and mod creators
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
- We own all rights to our platform technology, management tools, and proprietary systems
- Our dashboard design, management interfaces, and tooling are protected by intellectual property laws
- The Digi Logic Labs name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- Our server orchestration systems and platform infrastructure represent our intellectual property
Third-Party Content
- We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and publishers
- Game content on our servers is owned by respective game publishers and mod creators
- Original source attribution is provided where applicable
- Users are responsible for respecting third-party intellectual property rights
User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and tools for hosting game servers, subject to your subscription terms.
7. Service Disclaimers
Service Availability
- We strive for high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Server provisioning may occasionally experience delays due to infrastructure demand
- We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- Force majeure events may impact service delivery
Performance Estimates
- Player capacity estimates are approximate and depend on game settings, mods, and world complexity
- Actual performance may vary based on game-specific resource requirements
- DDoS protection is provided at the network level by our infrastructure provider and may not mitigate all attack types
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- Your use or misuse of our service
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Any false or misleading information you provide
12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Digi Logic Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Direct Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for certain disputes
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought in courts with proper jurisdiction
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13. Changes to Terms

- Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance
